Acceptance

By using pixmojo.app ("PixMojo", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What PixMojo is

PixMojo is a collection of free, browser-based photo editing tools — Polaroid frames, film borders, date stamps, and more to come. All processing happens locally on your device. We do not store your photos.

Your content

You retain all rights to any photo you upload to PixMojo. We claim no ownership over your inputs.

You also retain all rights to the output you create — the polaroid, the framed film shot, the date-stamped photo. Use it however you like: post it, print it, sell it, frame it on a wall. We claim no ownership over what you make.

By using the tools, you confirm that you have the right to upload and modify the photos you process.

Service is "as-is"

PixMojo is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use PixMojo to:

  • Create content that infringes someone else's rights
  • Create content that is illegal, harassing, or violent
  • Create non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery
  • Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the service

Intellectual property

The PixMojo name, logo, brand, and the design of the site itself belong to PixMojo. The software and tools may be used for personal and commercial purposes through this site, but you may not copy, repackage, or rebrand them as your own service.
